The hotel location is very convenient. It is literally a three-minute walk from the Shinjuku JR station. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were very soft and provided minimal support.

Convenient Stay Near the Station!

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the station. It made getting around easy. The staff shipped my luggage from a previous hotel. Multiple machines for laundry, vending, and ice were very useful .
The pillows were too soft and offered minimal support.

The room had decent size. There were washing and dryer machines. a microwave. Those facilities help a lot especially if you are travelling by yourself for long stays.

The hotel is central to major transportation systems. Many shops surround the place. I noticed a convenience store just at the bottom of the hotel. A main station is less than three minutes away.

The staff helped me a lot. I was grateful for their attentiveness. They kept my luggage for me on my departure day. I spent time in the city before leaving for the airport. They gave me all the facilities.

The breakfast had variety. The food was labelled for allergies which was very nice. The water dispenser offered hot and cold water. This was more environmentally friendly than bottled water. I liked that.

My room was not clean , I saw hair on bed sheets. There was also mould in the bathroom and strange smell in the room.

the location near shinjuku station was convenient i could easily access transportation the staff at the front desk provided helpful directions for subway travel daily. breakfast had both traditional and japanese selections. the washing facilities were great and i found the hotel to be very clean.
our room was small it was difficult to move around there was no storage for luggage or clothes. the closet was very narrow the bathroom felt cheap as it was all plastic.

the location was convenient to the train station, helpful for getting around.
the floor reeked. i reported it to reception and even a staff member agreed it smelled bad. they offered to move me but i discovered other floors had the same issue when i went to do laundry (nice!).
